DN Galan is bringing Athletics to the people!

On July 21st – the day before the IAAF Super Grand Prix DN Galan atStockholm Olympic Stadium – an international Shot Put competition for men and women will be held at the Kungsträdgården square in Stockholm City. The competition is part of DN Galan, approved by IAAF and will count towards WAF as a Super Grand Prix event.

The shot put arena will be surrounded by temporary stands for approximately 500 spectators. Speaker, music and sound produced by DN Galan will make this event a show case for shot put.

The international competition will be accompanied by a fun-day with challenges for family members, sponsors, media and managers as well as a competition for the youth.

Prize money for the men and women competition, place 1-8, will be awarded as an IAAF Promotional Event.
